Im pretty new to golf an could use some advice on clubs?
Ive decided that this year Im gonna join my buddies an start golfing. Problem is I dont kno where to start?? Most of the clubs Ive ever used have been Callaway's. So Im thinking I might just stick with them at an afordable price. A buddy said he can get me a set of "X20" Irons for a great price but I dont know anything about them.
It just seems like there is more to starting out than just buying random clubs and throwing them in a bag an calling it good.
Any suggestions or advice for someone who's about to spend a decent amount of money on something he knows nothing about?
Go to a store like Golfsmith or Dicks .You can try diffrent clubs in the store . Golfsmith has read outs ,it tells you how far you hit the ball,spin rate ..then it is how clubs fell to your likeing.I was going to buy callaway x22. try them and found out I hit king Cobras better. And the clubs were less then Callawys
