My golf setup and what should I add to bring my golf score down and increase my skill.?

Driver- Taylormade Tour Burner 10.5 260 yds
Hybrid- Orlimar H830 Hybrid 19.0 215 yds
Hybrid- Srixon AD Hybrid 21.5 190 yds
Irons: Tayormade 360 Irons (6-SW)
6i- 175 yds
7i- 160 yds
8i- 150 yds
9i- 140 yds
PW- 125 yds
SW- 110 yds

What adjustments should I make?
I forgot to mention that I am 14.

In my opinion, take this for what it's worth.
So you have 10 clubs, including the putter.
Your allowed 14, giving you the freedom to add up to 4 clubs.
there is a gap between your 19*hybrid and driver of 45 yards. find a fairway wood you can hit in the 230-240 yard range to fill the gap. this will help on par 5's and long par 4's when you may need extra club.
Then I would add a 60* lob wedge, for the shots too long to pitch and too long for a full swing.
Maybe get a sand wedge that's not part of an Iron Set, like a cleveland cg14. They are better out of the sand and for touch shots.
