Is it ok to buy golf irons that says demo nice on its description.?

I wrote to the guy, and he said it means brand new but the manufacture can say that due to policy. is it ok.
this is on ebay he said it means brad new...but the manufatour can say it due to policy.

It can be considered brand new because no one has owned it, still owned by the store or manufacturer. But it's indicated as a Demo, people probably tried it out on the driving range. Just like buying a Demo car or car that a dealer drove - it still has all of the new warranty, just not really brand new - I'd consider it to be used - that's just me personally. But it's new because no one has owned it or purchased it from the store/dealer. Almost like pre-owned.

Yea, it's borderline on the description, but hope you know what I mean. As long as you get all the warranty as new, then it should be ok.
