Should I buy a set of Graphite Golf Irons or a 19" LCD monitor or wait?

I can get a set of graphite irons for $169 US or a 19" LCD monitor for around 179. I really need a monitor, my super cool ultrabrite has a broken cable so I'm using my wife's crappy 15". This deal on the irons won't last long because it is part of a set, so I have to move fast. Also, the clubs have fairway woods included.

But, monitor prices are falling rapidly, and I could also get a 34" flat screen tv and hook that up instead for 199.

They aren't a famous name brand set. I think it's part of a 12 piece set that is going for $295 (so it's not one of the super-expensive $800 calloways or anything.) I think they have had it for a while so they are willing to sell the irons only to try to move it. I'll try to get the brand and other details later today. And yes, cavity backed.

I will try to get them to let me try them. The clubs I have now are a $140 k-mart special 18 piece set.

That is the best golf club deal I have heard of...that cheap for graphites. I'm assuming their cavities not blades? Are you any good? If your good at golf and you just have a dodgey set then those clubs should take off about 5 strokes over the next few months. That deal beats a monitor hands down. make sure they are the right length for you. If they are short clubs then it isn't worth the money...you will spend more on balls as you watch them fall into the water every time.
