is it normal that Im still greiving from my uncle dying in may 07?.?

in may 2007, my uncle died of a sudden heart attack, he was only 53. Is it normal that I still cry at least 4 times a week about him? He was my favorite uncle (I have 5) and him and my dad were very close. he loved golf, and I do too, but he had a habit of throwing his 3 iron after a bad drive (lol) but now when ever I hit my 3 iron, I think of him and hook it everytime, sometimes on purpose so I can throw it in honor of him.

You do your uncle injustice by crying and greiving over him so long. You cause him to suffer in his grave. You should be asking for his forgiveness and mercy and doing deeds in his honor so that he will receive the blessing thereof. What use is throwing an iron up after a bad drive? Do you bestow blessings on him? Do acts of charity, give to the poor in his name, do a kind deed on his behalf. This way your uncle will receive the reward of you having done a good deed. Your mourning over him is a disservice to him. You should not cry so much over him, your uncle will suffer. Do your uncle a favor and accept his death. Recall him often and pray for him, even speak with him as the dead can hear the living but do not mourn and grieve.
