Let's see, on earth g = 9.81 right. So on the moon g = 9.81/6 = 1.635
Part 1 - Earth:

The velocity (which is a vector) of the ball can be though of the sum of two vectors Vx and Vy. Now, I won't go into details, but Vx = V*cos10 and Vy = V*sing10. We are interested in Vy, since this is what determines air time. Using:
V = Vi + at, we have :
0 = Vy - gt (since the ball stops at the top)
t = Vy/g = (sin10)/9.81
This is the time it takes to go up, the whole trip up+down is twice that:
total = (2sin10)/9.8

On the moon it's the same thing, except instead of 9.81 you have 1.635:

total = (2sing10)/1.635
