What I need in the golf bag?

I am a 20 year beginner golfer. I have been purchasing clubs for the past month and am trying to build on my bag and complete my set. I can hit the ball pretty well for a starter. So far i have purchased the taylormade Burner driver, Nike HD 4-PW GW irons, and a Nike OZ putter. What clubs am i missing and what do you suggest for me? I was thinking maybe a 3 hybrid but i wasnt sure. Do i absolutely need a fairway wood? thanks

you could use some woods(3,5,) but that sounds like a pretty nice set
