What are the best set golf irons for hitting low trajectory?
I have Mizunos t-zoid Sure and the ball flight is high and ballons in wind. I am looking for a good cavity-back irons that will give me a lower ball flight with more of boreing action.
If you tend to balloon ball and don't want to change your swing mechanics get a club with a thinner sole and a shaft with a higher kick point. If your T-zoids have graphite shafts go to steel which will lower your ball flight. My friend who is a golf pro just became staffed by titleist and he notice the 695 CB lowered his ball flight significantly.
Fitting is very important, but don't get ping raptures. THey are clubs designed for individuals looking for the ulitmate in forgiveness and are designed to hit the ball very high due to their wide-sole and huge cavity back. They're easy to hit, but won't solve your problem.
