Need more distance on drives, how?

Ok, so I've started playing golf more seriously now, and most of my game is good to par... to sub-par.
My iron shots for the fairway are decent, and i assume they'll get better with practice. My wedge shots are the best part of my game, I usually get 90-110 yds. with a full swing.

The worse part of my game is my drives... Usually I can match my drives with my 5 wood or 4 iron hits
Sometimes they're the same distance as my freakin wedge shots!

I've tried everything i know with my swing, my shots are deadly accurate but i just dont think they have enough "oomph" in them. Every time i go for more power, i just lose accuracy.

I'm sure theres either something little i need to tweak, or perhaps my game's just not there yet...

Typical drive - 150 yards

Its all in the coil - the torso.
But there is so much to doing everything right even before you start the swing. Sounds to me like you are using your arms too much by trying to hit the ball. Whereas with your wedges you are more realxed and probably using the correct muscles.
Get a good tutorial like Pure Point Golf which you can find on the website in the source box. They have a dvd dedicated to the drive.
